These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern reservations made on lasguineasrvpark.com and stays at Las Guineas RV Park & Resort, located in Lo de Marcos, Nayarit, Mexico. By booking or staying with us, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Acceptance and scope
By making a reservation on our site or staying at the park, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. They apply to all visitors and guests. The version applicable to your reservation is the one in force at the time you confirm it. You must be of legal age (18 or older) to make a reservation, and you guarantee that all guests on your reservation will comply with these Terms.
2. Booking, prices, taxes, and payment
Your reservation becomes firm once payment (deposit or full amount, depending on the option chosen) is confirmed by our payment processor Stripe. Prices are displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN), with an indicative equivalent in Canadian dollars (CAD) for readability; payment is processed in MXN by Stripe at the exchange rate applied by your bank. The prices displayed are final and include no additional taxes. Currency-conversion fees charged by your bank or by Stripe remain your responsibility. A deposit, calculated on a per-tier basis (per night, week, or month) and shown at the time of booking, is required to confirm your site; the balance is due on arrival.
3. Cancellation, changes, and no-show
All cancellation or change requests must be sent in writing to contact@lasguineasrvpark.com. Cancellation policy: reservations are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases assessed at our discretion. Date or site changes: free of charge, subject to availability. In case of no-show, early departure, or eviction, no refund is granted. Reservations are non-transferable and may not be sublet without our written consent.
4. Check-in, check-out, and required documents
Check-in time: from 1:00 PM. Check-out time: before 11:00 AM. For any arrival after 6:00 PM, please notify us so we can arrange a late check-in. On arrival, the lead guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport or ID card), the RV registration, and on request, proof of vehicle insurance. Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to availability and may incur fees. Immigration documents (FMM, visa) remain your responsibility; the park does not perform any verification.
5. Capacity, vehicles, guests, and pets
Each site is assigned to one primary RV and a maximum number of occupants specified at booking. Any additional occupant or vehicle (towed car, extra tent, day visitor) must be declared, at no additional charge for an extra vehicle. Unregistered guests may not stay overnight on the site. Pets: pets are welcome. The renter is fully responsible for their pet(s), including cleanliness, damages, and nuisances. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up after their pets immediately. Pets are not allowed in the pool area or inside the clubhouse. We reserve the right to refuse or evict, without refund, any vehicle exceeding the dimensions provided at booking or any undeclared occupant.
6. Park rules and right to evict
Compliance with the park's house rules is a condition of your stay. The full rules are available on the site's Rules & FAQ page and provided at check-in. We reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund in cases of: rule violations, disruptive or dangerous behavior, repeated quiet-hours violations, false statements at booking, unauthorized over-occupancy, or unlawful activity. Quiet hours are set from 11 PM to 7 AM.
7. Liability, personal belongings, and damages
The park provides its facilities "as is." Use of the pool, beach, common areas, and participation in activities is at your sole risk. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses resulting from careless use or non-compliance with posted instructions. The park is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings left on the site, in the vehicle, or in common areas; we strongly recommend travel and vehicle insurance. Any damage caused by you, your companions, or your pets to the site, facilities, or another guest is your financial responsibility, and we may charge you for repair or replacement. Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and common-area maintenance are provided on a best-effort basis; brief interruptions do not entitle you to a refund.
8. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations in cases of force majeure: hurricane, tropical storm, earthquake, fire, flood, public-health restrictions, government-ordered closure, prolonged water or power outage, or any other event reasonably beyond its control. In such cases, a temporary departure entitles the renter to a future credit, with no cash refund. Personal and property safety remains the priority and any evacuation order must be followed.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data you provide at booking and during your stay is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from the site footer. By booking, you acknowledge having read this policy and agree to the processing of your data on the terms described therein.
10. Image rights
We may photograph or film common areas of the park for communication purposes. If you incidentally appear in such images, you authorize their use for non-commercial promotional purposes. You may at any time request the removal of an image that clearly identifies you by writing to contact@lasguineasrvpark.com; we will act on your request within a reasonable time.
11. Governing law, language, and disputes
These Terms are governed by Mexican law. The Spanish version prevails in case of any discrepancy with the French or English versions, which are provided as a courtesy. Any dispute will, where possible, be resolved amicably. Failing agreement, the competent courts of the State of Nayarit shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also bring matters before the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO) under the remedies provided by Mexican law.
12. Legal information, changes, and severability

We may amend these Terms at any time; the version applicable to your reservation is the one displayed on the site when you confirmed it. If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force.
